Nuchal Translucency Online Learning Program

(NTOLP)

Complete the (NTOLP) Nuchal Translucency online learning program.

1. Completion of pre-tests for topics 1-8.
2. Studying the concepts for topics 1-8.
3. Completion of the post-test.

Certificate of completion which shows your name, date completed, and hours taken for activity completion.

Hours: 8

STAGE TWO

Logbook

Submission of satisfactory Nuchal Translucency logbook

Certificate of completion from RANZCOG stating you have completed the logbook, with date, and CPD hours claimable.

Hours: 2 in Performance Review >> RANZCOG Programs >> Nuchal Translucency Online Learning Program (NTOLP). Collecting and reflecting on image submitted.

An NT Assessor may claim 1 hour for reviewing the logbook in Educational Activities >> Teaching / Supervision / Mentoring / Examining >> Teaching e.g. registrars, medical students, in-hospital, and you can ask the RANZCOG Coordinator of this activity to liaise with the CPD Team and record the hours to your CPD on your behalf.

STAGE THREE

Audit and software renewal

Participation in audit as outlined on the webpage Quality Review and Ongoing Certification for the first trimester scan.

Individual annual audit report.

Hours: Total amount of hours taken which is estimated as 5 hours. Claimable once per year per operator.

Domain: Outcome Measurement >> Quality Programs where contribution is based on review of data/measurement of outcomes >> Nuchal translucency (NT) program annual audit and software renewal

STAGE FOUR

(OPTIONAL)

NT teleconference tutorial attendance (EA)

Marker teleconference tutorial attendance (EA)

Submission of Nasal bone logbook (PR)

Completion of UAPI theory course (EA)

Submission of satisfactory UAPI logbook (PR)

Completion of DV theory course (EA)

Submission of satisfactory DV logbook(PR)

Certificate of completion or logbook results letter.

Hours: 1 hour for theory courses and teleconference tutorials under the Educational Activities Domain (EA). 2 hours for logbooks under the Performance Review Domain (PR).
